This privacy notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and describes how the personal data of users who visit and use the website www.jobhuntershr.com (the “Site”) is processed. Disclaimer: This Site serves as a showcase for services and provides a contact form and links to a portal/application (the “Platform”) accessible via external links. The Platform is governed by separate privacy policies distinct from that of the Site.

2) Categories of data processed
Depending on how the Site is used, the Data Controller may process:
- Browsing data (e.g., IP address, device identifiers, browser type, technical information, security logs, date and time of access, pages visited).
- Data provided voluntarily via the “Contact Us” form (e.g., name, email address, and message content).
- Data relating to cookie preferences (choices expressed via banner/preference panel).
- Data collected through cookies and third-party tracking technologies (Google, Meta), limited to cases where consent has been provided via the cookie banner, in accordance with the procedures described in section 3.4.
- The "message" field is optional: we recommend that you do not enter any specific data (e.g., health) or unnecessary third-party data. If entered, it will be processed only to the extent necessary to manage the request.
3) Purpose, legal basis, and nature of the data provided
3.1 Website Operation and Security
Purpose: to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, prevent misuse, manage security and performance, and administer systems and infrastructure (including mitigation of abnormal traffic, logging, and protection against bots and attacks).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring the security, integrity, and proper provision of the service); where applicable, Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (compliance with legal obligations).
Nature of the provision: required ; without this information, the Website may not function properly.
3.2 Handling requests via the “Contact Us” form
Purpose: to respond to requests for information, demos, quotes, business inquiries, support, or similar requests.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the data subject) and/or Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (efficient management of relationships with potential customers).
Technical procedure: Requests are processed using the Elementor plugin (Elementor Ltd., data processor pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR); the data entered in the form may be stored in the website’s backend for the time necessary to process the request.
Nature of the information provided: optional , but required so that we can contact you; if this information is not provided, we will not be able to process your request.
3.3 Managing cookie preferences
Purpose: to store and respect the user’s preferences regarding cookies and tracking.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (privacy obligations/consent, where applicable) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest in demonstrating compliance and ensuring the proper display of the banner/preference panel).
Purpose of data collection: necessary to apply the user’s preferences.
3.4 Advertising, Conversion Tracking, and Remarketing
The Website uses analytics and advertising tools provided by third parties. The processing described in this section is subject to the user’s prior consent, which is provided via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Failure to provide consent does not affect the usability of the Website.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited). The Site uses Google Analytics 4 for statistical analysis of browsing behavior and Google Ads for conversion tracking and remarketing (displaying personalized ads on other sites in the Google network). Data is transmitted to Google Ireland Limited and may be processed on servers in the United States, based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision regarding the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (July 10, 2023) and, additionally, on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). The Site uses the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and to create custom audiences (remarketing). For the collection and transmission of data via the Pixel, Job Hunters S.r.l. and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited act as joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 of the GDPR (CJEU, Case C-40/17, Fashion ID, July 29, 2019); the agreement between the joint controllers is available at: https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. 3.5 Any direct marketing purposes
The Website may process data for the purpose of sending promotional communications and newsletters.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Nature of the provision: optional ; failure to provide consent does not affect your ability to use the Site.
4) Processing methods and security measures
Data processing is carried out using electronic means and, where necessary, manually. The Data Controller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures (Art. 32 of the GDPR) to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data (e.g., access controls, logging, application security measures, infrastructure protection, and backups as needed).
5) Recipients of the data and parties authorized to process the data
The data may be processed by:
- authorized personnel of the Data Controller (within the limits of their duties);
- suppliers acting as data processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR (e.g., hosting, CDN/security, cookie/consent management platforms, analytics and advertising tools, and email marketing services, if used);
- public entities/authorities when required by law or upon legitimate request.
5.1 Main categories of suppliers (based on the current configuration of the Site)
The Website uses or may use tools/services that fall into the following categories:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Sartiserver .it.
- CDN and Security/Performance: Cloudflare .
- Cookie management/consent and compliance: consent management system active on the Website.
- Tag management: Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited).
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited); Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, joint controller for the data collection and transmission phase, as described in section 3.4).
- Content translation: Weglot .
- Form and page management: Elementor (Elementor Ltd.).
- Email marketing / newsletters: Mailchimp for WordPress (MC4WP).
A specific and up-to-date list of cookies and tracking tools is provided in the Cookie Policy and/or in the preferences panel managed by the consent management system.
6) Transfers to countries outside the EEA
Some suppliers (or subcontractors) may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the Data Controller ensures that transfers are made in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, typically through adequacy decisions (e.g., the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for suppliers that adhere to it, including Google Ireland Limited) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where necessary, additional measures. 7) Retention periods
The Data Controller retains the data for the period strictly necessary to achieve the stated purposes:
- Browsing data and security logs: for periods consistent with technical and security requirements and/or legal obligations.
- Requests via contact form: for the time necessary to manage the request and, subsequently, for a reasonable period for organizational and protection purposes (maximum 24 months), unless a contractual relationship or dispute arises.
- Cookie preferences: based on the cookie’s technical lifespan or until preferences are changed or revoked.
- Advertising tracking data (Google, Meta): in accordance with the settings of the respective platforms, within the limits of the consent provided.
8) Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including:
- access to data and copies;
- rectification;
- deletion;
- limitation;
- opposition (in cases of legitimate interest);
- portability (where applicable);
- withdrawal of consent (without prejudice to the lawfulness of previous processing).

9) Link to the Platform (portal/app)
The Site may contain links to the Platform for testing, purchasing, or using the services.
